No Refund Policy:

Payment will be received in advance before your application is processed. We do not have cash-on-delivery or post-payment options.
Card Delivery Address:
The card will be delivered to the address given as your present address. Make sure this address is correct and current.
Card Expiry Date:
The standard card expiry date is 10 years, but you can opt for a lesser validity period according to your needs.
Compulsory Documents:
All the necessary documents must be submitted at the time of application for any NADRA card renewal, modification, or reprint, which includes but is not limited to:
- Scanned copies of the applicant’s original ID card.
- Recent passport-sized photograph.
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.).
- Copy of the expired card (if applicable).
